Bose X Panel Powered to Helicopter Adapter

This adapter allows older 6-pin panel powered aviation headsets to be used in single plug helicopter aircraft.

It is designed for older Bose X, Lightspeed Zulu, and similar 6-pin panel powered LEMO / Redel headsets that do not have a battery box. When these headsets are plugged into an aircraft with a 6-pin LEMO jack, the aircraft supplies power for the ANR system. When adapting them to a single plug helicopter connection, a battery box is required to power the ANR.

This adapter includes a 9V battery box to supply the required headset power. It also includes auto shutoff to help save battery life.

Important compatibility note: This is not the right adapter for most newer ANR headsets from Bose A20, Lightspeed, David Clark, and other manufacturers that already include a battery box on the headset cable, including many LEMO versions.
